"As an AUC student, Mirage is a great location to live. It’s a 5 minute walk to school, close to Carrefour and the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful, and quickly took care of the few maintenance problems I had. The best part of the building is the generator, I never had to worry about losing wifi and studying in case the power went out."

"Excellent A great place to stay in Saint Martin. In walking distance to beautiful Mullet Bay Beach and across the road from a wonderful French Bakery, Pizza parlour, Bar B Q hang out and grocery store. Located in a very quiet neighborhood that feels safe and friendly. The Maraj Residence itself was well kept and the room was spacious whilst offering all the amenities necessary for long term stays. There's a building manager on-site that was courteous and prompt with my every need and arrangementscan be made for someone to clean the room at your expense if required. It was a real pleasure to stay there whilst on the island and I will forever remember the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets experienced from the Maraj Residence. Definitely recommended."

Appartment is nice and clean, only 3 min walking from AUC and Carrefour. Wifi is stable most of the time. Very responsive staff that will come to fix any maintenance problems. My only complaint is construction noises during the day. But other than that I had a great experience.
